What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve only been able to lift recently because I just had foot surgery 8 weeks ago, but once I fully heal I will be going to the field more often, working on position based workouts and speed training.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Play recognition and overall strength.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“This will be the best season of my high school career, I feel like we have the potential to go 10-0.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Morning workouts with the team, as well as my own workout after track practice.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Speed and power.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been spending my offseason running track as well as attending all offseason lifts I can make it to. On top of that I go to the gym in my free time.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel like I have improved on my size and strength the most since last season because I’ve been spending my offseason getting bigger to make sure I’m more prepared to be physical this upcoming season.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel a lot of people are looking down on our team this year because of all the seniors we lost, but I believe we could turn some heads and perform pretty well with our talented underclassmen.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I feel our toughest competition would be either Chardon or Kenston because they’re just always a tough team to beat.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“The toughest individual we will face is probably Caleb Hewitt of Chardon because of his speed.”

“I have been training on speed and my fast twitch muscles.”

“I have been getting up early in the morning for workouts before school, I also have been attending lifting 4 days a week with my school, along with getting with my speed and agility trainer 2 days a week.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Since last season I have improved significantly on my speed, and flexibility, along with my consistency with workouts and my physique.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“Next season I believe my team will do well, we all have been putting in significant amounts of work in, along with staying on top of our academics.”
