What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“This offseason has mainly focused on speed and agility work, as well as weightlifting to maintain strength.”
What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“I feel like I have improved heavily on my strength in all aspects, to help make myself a more well-rounded player.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I think we have a great squad of players and I feel like we are going to have just as much success as we have in previous seasons.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“There are lots of tough opponents in our conference this year, and it will be a great challenge against teams such as Avon or Avon Lake.”

“Elyria has a great running back named Kevin Jordan who is a tough runner and will be a good challenge for our defense.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been focusing on my lower body and core strength as well as working my throwing sequence and rotational power.”
What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“I feel I have most improved the consistency of my passes and the zip they have coming off my hand.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I feel my team is going to surprise a lot of people this year. We have a lot of talented players who are really bought in to making a run and doing some big things this year.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I feel that Struthers is going to be the toughest team on our schedule. They had a good season last year and have a lot of returning talent who will provide us with a great challenge that we need to make sure we’re ready for.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“This offseason I have been going to Bellefontaine on the weekends to work with Coach Kennedy and Tavien St. Clair.”
What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“Things I have improved upon since last season would be my overall strength and my footwork in the pocket.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“This season I think our football team will have a very successful year and we will have a shot to win our 6th straight WBL championship.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“In my workouts I have been doing high reps with low weight for my upper body, so I stay flexible in order to throw the ball. I have been going very heavy and pushing my legs to build strength.”
What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“This off season I feel like I have gained a lot of strength. This is in the weight room and throwing the ball. I feel like I have added a lot more whip and velocity to my throws.”
How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I think our team will be very successful. Our offense is loaded with talent and the entire offensive line is back. On the defensive side of the ball the entire secondary is coming back. Our practices lately have had lots of intensity and competition.”

“I feel that Anderson will be the hardest competition, mainly because of the success they had last season and a lot of their starters are returning.”
