What have you and your team been doing as of late to get ready for the fall?
“My team and I [did] a lot. First off, we took advantage of the weight room now that COVID was gone. [We did] 6 am lifts since the end of last season because our results of the season were affected by our physical strength with us being a young team.”

What do you feel you have improved on the most since football ended?
“I feel like I have improved on being a team player the most. Everything I do, I put the team first.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“Knowing the talent I have on my team, we can definitely go 10-0 and make a deep playoff run. We just have to show what we’re fully capable of doing.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“The toughest team on our schedule is Barnesville.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“The toughest individual player we’ll face off against is Trey Hoover from Buckeye Local. I have a feeling that with our linebackers we have this year, we can shut him down instantly.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would definitely like to play college sports. I’d like to play football and baseball in college.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“As I am only a sophomore, I haven’t really talked to any colleges. I’ve spoken with Akron for football and WVU for baseball.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I don’t have a school recruiting me very hard at the moment.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have made college game day trips to Ohio State and Walsh University. I will be attending a Miami of Ohio game in November.”

What camps did you attend this summer? How did the camps go overall?
“Over the summer, I’ve attended a Pitt camp, YSU camp, an elite 11, and a Michigan camp. Overall the camps went great.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite college growing up was Ohio State.”
