Although the Southeast doesn't get nearly the coverage as the Northeast, Southwest, and Central regions, I would like to begin this thread featuring Zanesville's receiving corps as one of the top units in the Southeast. Three of the Blue Devils' best receivers are Sean Franklin, Lucas Howard, and Austin Craig. At 6-4, Franklin may have the best potential but Howard has the best hands of the three receivers. So what are the top units in the Northeast, Southwest, Central, and Northwest regions?
